The Directors and Surveyors come from diverse backgrounds and qualifications applying many years experience in the maritime industry.

Mr. Shane Boodoo (Director) compliments the organization with his background of over twelve years’ experience in cargo inspection and surveying, from field experience to management level.  Shane has also proven his abilities in logistics, handling of bulk cargo and commodities as well proving to have a high impact in cost reduction exercises from an execution standpoint.

Captain Tushar Potey (Director) has over twenty-seven years’ maritime industry experience with a unique combination to offer.  He is a seasoned master mariner with an LLM in maritime law, education and experience in operations management.  Tushar is also experienced in ship surveying, ship inspections, PSC inspections and audits, and has a good understanding of international legislation relevant to shipping.  As a superintendent, he was involved in accident investigations, cargo damage and preparing ships for PSC inspections.

Mr. Ryan Parrage (Director) specializes in the ocean transport of Direct Reduced Iron with twenty years’ experience and over fifteen million tons of D.R.I.  As a consultant, he is part of setting the industry standard for the carriage of direct reduced iron C and is a part of working groups as members of the IMO.  Qualified in marine surveying, ship superintendency, post graduate studies in shipping & logistics and having sea experience as a Cargo Technician, Ryan has a wide range of knowledge and experience in the maritime industry.
